What we collect

Right now, giftgood only collects what you choose to send us, such as an email to hello@giftgood.com.au. When gifting opens, we'll collect the details needed to send a gift: your name and email, the recipient's name and how to reach them, and your payment, which is handled securely by our payment provider.

How we use it

We use your details to send your gift, get your tax receipt to you, and reply when you contact us. We don't sell or rent your information, and we won't send you marketing you didn't ask for.

Where it's stored

Your information is stored securely in Australia and only giftgood can view it. We keep it for as long as we need it to provide the service, or until you ask us to delete it.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or identify you personally.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@giftgood.com.au.
